Applebee's - Full meals - 310-500 cal

Applebee's in my new favorite restaurant. Very IsaFriendly!!!

Recently I had the Weight Watcher Steak & Portobellos. Juicy, flame-grilled sirloin steak topped with sliced, sautéed portobello mushrooms and a savory gravy. Paired with steamed herb potatoes and a ton of broccoli. Tasty and just 330 calories.


Chuck had the Weight Watchers Italian Chicken & Portobello Sandwiches. It's a grilled marinated chicken breast topped with sautéed portobello mushrooms and a slice of tomato on a toasted wheat bun. They serve it with a chunky marinara sauce and a side of fresh fruit.. just 360 calories!!

That left us plenty of room for the giant house salad minus the cheese, bacon & croutons... go with the Lite Italian on the side and you should easily stay under the 600 mark!
